All appointments are scheduled based on the day and corresponding location: Cleveland on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and Akron on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Booking Policies
PRICING POLICY
All listed prices are starting prices and apply to short length nails. Additional charges will apply for medium-long or extra-long nails, extra designs, or special requests.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect everyone’s time, a 10-minute grace period is provided. After this window, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you experience an exceptional or emergency situation, please contact us directly as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work with you.
CLIENT ETIQUETTE
1. To create a relaxing, distraction-free experience, we ask that all phones remain on silent and be put away during your service.
2. Please avoid speakerphone calls, texting, or social media scrolling while being serviced. This ensures both you and other guests enjoy a peaceful, luxury atmosphere.
3. We’re happy to pause for any urgent calls—just let us know! Otherwise, this is your time to unwind and let us take care of you—phone-free.
4. To ensure a serene, distraction-free environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you come solo to your appointment. We love little ones and friends, but to maintain the highest level of focus and relaxation for you and others, we ask that additional guests or children do not accompany you. This allows us to deliver the exceptional, peaceful experience you deserve.
